Starfall - A free website to teach children to read with phonics. For preschool, kindergarten, and first grade. Exciting phonics games and online interactive books.

Cool Math Games - Thinking games and puzzles for kids of all ages

Tux Paint - Excellent software for drawing and making colorful scenes. Install tuxpaint first, then install the tuxpaint-stamps. The stamp collection contains tons of images students enjoy using. This software is on all our lab computers and is used regularly by k-2 classrooms. Also great for preschool children.

Tux Type - Typing activities to help students improve their keyboarding skills. Games range from simple to extremely challenging and is appropriate for students of all ages.

Tux Math - This application allows students to practice math facts and computation. There are several game formats. Practice ranges from 0-2 addition facts up to solving complex equations. Great for students of all ages.

Sebrans - Mostly for prek- gr.3. Very easy to use and navigate through the games. Games include Hangman, identifying beginning sounds, addition, subtraction.

Lego Digital - This is LEGO Digital Designer. The program that lets you build with LEGO bricks on your computer.

Kea's Coloring Book - This application is similar to tux paint in setup, but this program focuses on coloring/painting an image rather than creating one. Users can select an outline to work on and then use paint brush, paint can, etc to color the picture.
